Returns & Exchange Policy
Everything we sell at Ocean Supply we stand behind, if you wish to have a refund on a product that you have purchased within 30 we will exchange or refund your item subject to the minimum requirements laid out below.
- We must verify you as the original person who purchased the product. Please contact us via email support@oceansupplycompany.com & request a refund or exchange. Please include what the product is, when it was purchased & what method of payment was used. One of our experienced team members will be in contact with an authorization return number for you.
- Once you have received your authorization number please print & send back to the store with a copy of your return authorization form inside.
- The same method of payment will be refunded back to you upon receipt of your purchased items so long as they are received at the store with your authorization & the product is undamaged.
Some of the items that we sell; we are not able to refund. These items include but are not exclusive to the following, Life rafts - Charts & Publications - Life Jackets - EPIRB - PLB's - AIS Class B - Electronic distress related products - fuses - circuit breakers - customized items - certain electrical items. Please contact us for help if you are in doubt of the eligibility of the return of your item.
No refund or credit is offered for the costs incurred on the return shipping. This includes but is not limited to freight charges, COD on delivery, insurance or other unforeseen expenses. It is advised that you choose a shipper carefully so as the package is tracked & insured as no liability can be assume by Ocean Supply for loss or damage to the product in transit to us.
It is our every intention you are a happy customer, we are here to help. Please contact us where we will be able to assist with passing on to you manufacture details for faults & failures that are included in many products manufacture warranty & out side the Ocean Supply 30 day retail return & exchange policy.
Exchange Product
*Within 30 days of purchase. Please note outside of 30 days we can assist with manufacture warranty information if required, please contact our team for advice & help.
When exchanging an item that is still 30 days from purchase; contact us via email support@oceansupplycompany.com one of our team specialists will be in contact with you to verify your purchase & issue an exchange authorization number.
Once you have received an exchange authorization number print & include with the product & its original packaging & ship to us. No refund or credit is offered for shipping or freight charges, COD upon arrival or any other costs incurred for shipping back to the store. If the product is lost or damaged during the shipping process. It is highly recommended that you choose a reputable shipping company & insure your product return against damage or loss. & we have verified you as the purchase client we will issue an exchange upon receipt of the product.
When we receive your returned items you will receive a confirmation email. A new product will be shipped and a tracking number provided to you.
Refunds
Authorized refunds that have been credited back to your card; please allow 7 -10 business days for funds to process to your card. This is done typically immediately & is usually seen as early as 24 hours. The time frame is controlled by the financial institution's & can not be expedited unfortunately. If you feel there is an issue please contact us where we are always happy to help. If a refund is requested outside of 30 days & the product is still in its original packaging we can offer a refund by means of Ocean Supply in store credit.

Please only return a purchase once you have received an authorization number as stated in the policies above. Please print the authorization that has been emailed to you and return with your product to our corporate head quarters & store in Florida.
